I think the places she goes to are really interesting, but besides taht the clip is not something out of the ordinary... I hate that they modified her voice... It is like she does not have any talent and they had to make her sound great or something... Jehovany, Yup is not a comment:P why don;t you come with some clips and show us what you like?

Actually, I don't mind the voice synthesizing. It's just techno. If you enjoy the techno sound, the blending of human and machine can be very pleasing to the ear. Think of Cher in her "Believe" video. Check this out. It's a totally awesome version of Depeche Mode's song "Enjoy the Silence." The best part about it is it's been remixed by Mike Shinoda, a member of my favorite band of all time: Linkin Park. Excellent mix. youtube.com/watch?v=QpM4ErYWuWA

I'm a secert fan of Depeche Mode...I have a rare bootleg of HIM covering 'Enjoy The Silence'. This is a video from one of my favotive bands, 'Contetrcte Blonde' The video is pretty cool too. I lover her voice so much. My on preasonal singing goal is to hve that ruff egde she has... www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUnYH4vCf-INot only do I adore the song..(HIM, of course..*eyeroll*) But this video is really beautiful...I feel so sorry for the guys though because it was freezing! www.youtube.com/watch?v=4M-dzGdkwF4Well, I have a weakens for some 80's hair metal and this band was really great. Alo thier videos are all really colorful and trippy...I love the hearts in eyes affect in this video...yes snappy song but I still like it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=J94jLlr3uDE

Yeah, I feel the same way. I'm a singer and even though I can understand why she'd use a affect like that, well afects can be great. I mean I knows of great singers that use affects. It's just using one all the time...also I know of singers that sound like shit without affects but with them they sound so cool amd sureal.(Tent Raznor from NIN, Ozzy, Perry Ferenll from 'Jane's Addtion'..ect..) But also they write thier own songs. To me it's when you lipsyinc and don't even write your lyircs or music than use tons of affects is when you have no talent. Besides I don't quite care for Tehno. I mean yeah I LOVE indestral..because it has gutiar and useally not that little annoying drum beat that's always the same and always repeates. But I can understand why others like it. Unlike many people I know my opnion is not law.

Well, I don't mind it. I think it's okay. But you should know, the woman featured in that video is not a part of the band Delerium. She is part of her own band and never uses machines on her own voice. It's just that Delerium is a New Age/Techno band and they decided to do that. Just so you know.
Violet, I love HIM. I liked them after I heard the song "Wings of a Butterfly" and the album "Dark Light" is one of my favorites. Great songs. And "Vampire Heart" is so valid for what we talk about here!

Ok, I have been lazy lately and did not come here often to watch the videos, but i will comment each one^^ So, Lucy's depreche mode song with Mike Shinoda-s mix (mmmmm, Mike.... Yum Yum!) is really awsome, I mean it is not one of the lame ass remixes, it is realy high quality, that is why we shoudl say that Mike is a profesionist and he proved himself once again..^^ Violet's Concrete Blonde is awsome, I mean I love her style and I love that kind of song, I want to show it to my friends^^ I am not a fan of HIM, but that song was nice and i like a lot that Villie's face is really pale. I also like the clothes he always wears^^ He has great tastes, I must hand it to you. Lol, Enuff 'Z Nuff, cool nameXD. I liked the song, very melodic and stuff, their look is really interesting. At first, I was like with my mind in another polace and when I looked at the singer I was like 0.0 is it a lady or a man? But the voice said :male! lol! and then I enjoyed the clip until the end, ^^

I prefer Chester Bennington to Mike Shinoda, but you're right, he is a good looking guy. And very talented. He's the only rapper I really enjoy because his songs have real meaning. But Chester...ooh baby that man can sing. I just drift away listening to his voice. Even his screams can scream me to sleep at night.

lol, I discovered that Linkin Park can calm me down when I am sad and stuff, they are the best and will have a special place in my heart at any time. I want to listen to their new album as soon as possible, but these months I have been so into work and other stuff that I didn;t really have a lot of time for myself...

Their new album, Minutes to Midnight, is THE best album I've bought in a long time. Check out "Shadow of the Day". Chester's vocals are amazing; it's one of my most favorite songs: youtube.com/watch?v=P_eEE12R8Gw

I finally got to see this video! There were so many imes taht I was accessing this from my mobile or when I had to keep the speakers shut for a reason or another, then the site did not work for me (maybe too many ppl were on youtube at the same time) and stuff like that... Well, now I saw it... I think the song is too soft, like high school rock, it has changed a lot from their previous albums. But at one point, the song reminded me of Aerosmit's 'I don't wanna miss a thing'. Well, I think the video is really bringing a good message, because it shows America full of violent wars and desperate people, an inocent child hiding, full of fear... That is what happens in other countrys and that is how they live their lives day by day, until many of them die. And we sit in our homes relaxed, watching TV and we are not even aware of the terror those people live in. I am aware that from time to time wars are inevitable, but still, I do not think the wars should be endless.

Well, the video is irrelevant to me. I don't watch it. I fell in the love with the song, and the song doesn't have anything to do with the video's content in my opinion. I just love the song and Chester's voice.
"Minutes to Midnight" is a far cry from their previous albums. Some are happy about that and others are not. For me, I love their new sound and new album just as much as I love the old ones. They couldn't be expected to sound the same forever. I am so excited about Chester's solo album. I'll be picking that up for sure.

I noticed that you like soft rock, if I may put it that way. Do you ever listen to songs that are tougher (lyrics, more guitars, a faster rhythm, and so on). Here in Europe when they listen to rock, they listen to hard rock, there are many people that like screamo and black metal (I a not amongst them) ant that is why some think that rockers are satanists.
